Leuk vakantiehuis. Wel klein maar zeer comfortabel. We hadden het rijk alleen omdat het 2e gedeelte van het huis niet verhuurd was. In combinatie met redelijk tot goed weer waarbij het op het terras goed toeven was, een prima plek om vakantie te houden; vooral als je van de natuur en wandelen houdt. Je hebt eindeloos veel mogelijkheden voor schitterende wandeltochten. Wat ons overigens wel tegen viel was het aanbod van restaurants. Dat is in de directe omgeving beperkt en van zeer matige kwaliteit. Aan te bevelen is het Cafe/restaurant Callas in Bad Elster (Vlak bij theater). Leuke sfeer, mooi restaurant en zeer fraai terras. Voor de regio nogal prijzig (voor Nederlandse begrippen niet) maar van uitstekende kwaliteit. Hanneke en Erwin Snijders Verblijf 5 - 12 juli.
