Positieve punten: Rustgevend, ons huisje is als enige bezet. Schuwe katten komen elke dag eten halen(gezellig, komen elke dag iets dichterbij) Geluid van vogels. Afstand naar stad/winkels/restaurants. Geen muggen tot nu toe.Vlakbij grens Toscana, met prachtig Arezzo. Negatief: Twee hanen!!! Aanwijzing naar vakantieplek zeer karig. Stoelen, binnen en buiten niet comfortabel. Doucheruimte is alleen voor “kinderen en fotomodellen”. Geen zeepbakje in douche.De weg naar boven is vol gaten en je kunt echt niet harder dan 10km .Auto na 1 rit geheel grijs. Verschrikkelijk slechte wegen in de buurt over het algemeen. Als je van simpel houdt, zonder luxe, is dit de ideale plek.

Positives: Peaceful, our cottage is the only one occupied. Shy cats come every day to get food (cozy, come a little closer every day) Sound of birds. Distance to town/shops/restaurants. No mosquitoes so far. Near Toscana border, with beautiful Arezzo. Negative: Two roosters!!! Direction to vacation spot very scanty. Chairs, inside and outside not comfortable. Shower room is only for “children and fashion models”. No soap dish in douche. The road to the top is full of holes and you really can't go faster than 10 km. Auto after 1 ride completely gray. Terribly bad roads in the area in general. If you like simple, without luxury, this is the ideal place.

Appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken, prachtige tuin met mooi zwembad, alles prima onderhouden. Zeer aardige beheerders, ondanks dat ze alleen Italiaans spreekt, proberen ze toch te communiceren , echt zo begaan met de gasten. Ook veel leuke stadjes en steden om te bezoeken in de omgeving.

Apartment is fully equipped, beautiful garden with nice swimming pool, all well maintained. Very nice managers, although she speaks only Italian, they still try to communicate, really so fond of the guests. Also many nice towns and cities to visit in the area.
