Belvilla by OYO Primo Sole

We found the place in a rural area in Umbria. After a short wait Oscar was there to welcome us and we were allowed to drop off our luggage before the arrival time. The apartment was in a building with a few more apartments on a closed off property. The apartment suited a small family (2 adults + 1 young kid) well. The swimming pool was the highlight of the property for all of us. The one miss versus other places we had been is that the owner or receptionist is located at the property itself. However the owner is very responsive to his phone and easy to communicate with. All in all we had a nice stay here.

Aankomst was uitstekend. Al eerder per app met de beheerder Oscar. Het was geen probleem dat wij wat later aankwamen. Eenmaal bij aankomst waren wij zeer tevreden over ons appartement. Ruim, redelijk modern en schoon. In de omgeving is helaas niet veel. Voor boodschappen, restaurants en winkels moet je echt met de auto weg. Zelfs een leuke wandeling maken gaat niet gemakkelijk, allemaal drukke wegen rondom het appartement( waar je verder geen geluidsoverlast van hebt)

Arrival was excellent. Previously per app with the administrator Oscar. It was no problem that we arrived a little later. Once upon arrival we were very satisfied with our apartment. Spacious, reasonably modern and clean. Unfortunately, there is not much in the area. For shopping, restaurants and shops, you really have to get away with the car. Even a nice walk is not easy, all busy roads around the apartment (where you have no further noise)
