Chalet in Marliana near center

Casa dei Sogni is a very pleasant three bedroom chalet. It has a large garden, and is fitted with everything you need in a three bedroom holiday home. The location is quite strategic; it is fairly close to cities like Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa while it is also possible to have day trips further in the Appenine mountains in the direction of Abetone. Also, the location up on a hill is less hot than in the valley, and there are two restaurants at walking distance. A car is a must, as well as some skill in handling small roads in the hills.

midden in de bergen waar het in de nacht zo donker is dat je niets kunt zien maar wel kunt uitkijken over de wijde omgeving. Een huis dat compleet is uitgerust en een mooie tuin. Nadat je uit de bergen bent geslingerd liggen alle leuke plaatsjes binnen goede reisafstand. Wij vonden het top!

in the middle of the mountains where it is so dark at night that you can't see anything but you can look out over the surrounding area. A house that is fully equipped and a beautiful garden. After you have been flung out of the mountains, all the nice places are within good traveling distance. We thought it was great!

Prima vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht en veel privacy. Tamelijk afgelegen van supermarkt en bakker. Wel twee fijne restaurants op 200m.

We've had an absolutely lovely time at this place. Huge garden, nice breeze from the sea, tidy and clean house and stellar Wifi. Two nice restaurants just a two minute walk away and a little grocery shop five minutes by car. The location is really quiet and remote (twenty minutes to get to a proper supermarket), but that's just a good thing.

Simpelweg een fantastisch vakantiehuis als je op zoek bent naar rust. Doordat je op een berg zit heb je weinig verkeer en herrie, wel zitten alle gemakken in de buurt, er zitten meerdere restaurants op loopafstand en een winkel op enkele minuten rijafstand. Verder is het uitzicht over de stad onderaan de berg fenomenaal. De eigenaar van het huis spreekt alleen Italiaans maar met Google translate kom je een heel eind. Wij hadden tijdens ons verblijf een probleem met de watervoorziening maar na contact via whatsapp stond hij binnen 30 minuten voor het hek om het op te lossen, uiteindelijk is dezelfde dag een onderdeel vervangen door een monteur en werkte alles weer naar behoren.

Simply a fantastic holiday home if you are looking for peace and quiet. Because you are on a mountain you have little traffic and noise, but all conveniences are nearby, there are several restaurants within walking distance and a shop a few minutes' drive away. Furthermore, the view over the city at the bottom of the mountain is phenomenal. The owner of the house only speaks Italian, but with Google translate you come a long way. We had a problem with the water supply during our stay, but after contact via whatsapp he was at the gate within 30 minutes to solve it, in the end a part was replaced the same day by a mechanic and everything worked properly again.

Super Haus in traumhafter Panoramalage. Sehr gepflegt und alles da, was es zum Leben braucht. Den großen, gepflegten Garten kann man auf den Bildern gar nicht so gut sehen. Hier haben wir schöne Abendstunden verbracht. Haben bei Ankunft eine schnelle Einweisung bekommen. Der Besitzer war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Alle größeren Städte in der Umgebung (Pisa, Lucca, Florenz, Montecatini Terme, etc.) sind in 30-90 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die ständige Fahrt auf den Berg zurück. (Das war uns aber bei Buchung bewusst) Dafür wurden wir aber jede Nacht mit angenehmen Temperaturen, super Luft, Ruhe und einem wunderschönen Ausblick belohnt. Sehr zu empfehlen für 3-4 Personen. Danach wird es doch sehr kuschelig :) Die 2 Restaurants im Ort sind super zu Fuß erreichbar und beide qualitativ super. Insgesamt waren es 2 tolle Wochen und wir haben unsere Wahl keinen Moment bereut.

Super house in a fantastic panoramic location. Very well maintained and has everything you need to live. The large, well-kept garden cannot be seen that well in the pictures. We spent nice evenings here. We received a quick briefing on arrival. The owner was always available and super friendly. All larger cities in the area (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Montecatini Terme, etc.) can be easily reached in 30-90 minutes. The only downside was the constant drive back up the mountain. (But we were aware of that when we booked) But we were rewarded every night with pleasant temperatures, great air, quiet and a wonderful view. Highly recommended for 3-4 people. After that it gets very cozy :) The 2 restaurants in town are within walking distance and both are of great quality. All in all, it was 2 great weeks and we have not regretted our choice for a moment.

We hebben een mooie week gehad. Het huis heeft een mooie ligging, prachtig uitzicht en en grote tuin. Het huis zelf was heel netjes en gezellig ingericht.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einem kleinen Bergdorf gelegen (gut 750m hoch und folglich nur über kurvenreiche Bergstrecken zu erreichen) mit überdachter Terrasse und schönem, ebenfalls gepflegtem, Gartengrundstück - bestens geeignet für 4- bis 6-köpfige Familien.
