Villa I Due Casali, tucked up on a hill dominating the broad surrounding Umbria greenery, is located a few steps away from Preggio, an 11th-century village.
Outer amenities are located in a splendid and attractive position, among green lawns, fruit trees, succulents, and aromatic herbs: the wide saltwater pool equipped with sunbeds, parasols, and a gazebo, a children's playground, and a 5-a-side football pitch. Villa I Due Casali can easily host up to 18 people thanks to its 9 spacious double bedrooms, all equipped with a private bathroom with a shower. Bathrooms on the ground floor are equipped to be easily accessible to disabled people. The main building's ground floor has been conceived as a wide living room where to host convivial and relaxing moments, either sitting down around the dining table or in front of the warmth of the fireplace. During hotter seasons, it is possible to eat al fresco under the main loggia facing the valley and the green mountains on the horizon.
