About this home
Attractive residential complex located against the mountains that surround Lago Maggiore. Comprising around thirty dwellings in several different buildings, with modern furnishings. These are all fully equipped and make for a comfortable stay. Each dwelling features either a balcony or private terrace.
Marvellous views are afforded from this location since it is located above the lake, in particular the swimming pool with its lakeside panorama. Although this is a serene, isolated spot, close to the woods, it is a ca. 2km from the lake and a the town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. The lake also boasts a comunal beach and motor boat, canoe, kayak and mountain bike hire. Several golf clubs and trekking routes are to be found in the vicinity.
This makes the perfect break for those in search of rest and relaxation, but also for those wishing to visit the lake and surrounding area. The climate is mild and is similar to that of the Ligurian Riviera.
An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 200,00 will be charged before your arrival. Details are given below.<br> This delightful apartment on Lake Maggiore features a wonderful private garden, a communal swimming pool, and a magnificent view of the lake. It is very suitable for vacations with your partner or family. Although it's in the middle of nature but it is within walking distance to the village center. Here are various shops and restaurants, and you can go shopping for daily groceries. There are various golf clubs in the area, and you can also go walking and cycling (which you can rent in the area). On a warm day, you can also choose to rent a motorboat or kayak and explore the lake. For example, sailed to 1 of the many nearby towns. If you are traveling with small children, there is the possibility to rent a cot and a high chair. Parking is available. If you want to leave the car for a day, you can use public transportation, 3 km from the residence. <br><b> Optional Utilities & Service Package </b><br><b> An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 </b> can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.<br>This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.<br>Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
Specifics
- - The road from the lake to the residence is typical of rural lakeside zones, where terraced farmland once covered the area. This road is therefore somewhat narrow, although it may still be used. Please keep this in mind when driving.
- - This residence is not suggested for people who have trouble with walking, since it is built against a hill and the apartments are partially reachable by stairs.

Wat een uitzicht! Geweldig! Appartement is heerlijk ruim het had wel schoner gemogen, het was erg muf de hele week alles open gezet. Daarnaast de gordijnen waren erg vies en er lagen veel insecten. Keuken en badkamer waren goed schoon We misten wel keukenspullen zoals goede messen, goede pannen kurkentrekker enzovoort . Droogrek is ook handig. Wellicht goed om naar te kijken Belvilla, wij waren volge smij de eerste huurders wellicht kunnen jullie hier iets mee.
