This beautiful villa is located in the Maremma area of Tuscany. The accommodation has comfortable bedrooms and is ideal for a party with children. There is a spacious garden and a private pool with nice views to enjoy the surrounding countryside.
The villa is ideally situated as a base for day trips to the tuff towns of Pitigliano and Sorano, the thermal baths of Saturnia, natural parks, Lake Bolsena, Etruscan excavations, the coast or Monte Amiata and the Val d'Orcia. There is a fantastic golf course, 9 and 18 holes, in the golf and spa resort Saturnia, 36 km from the holiday home.
The interior of the 150-year-old restored farmhouse is very attractive and cosy, with a fantastic bathroom. In addition to the swimming pool, a summer kitchen has been created in the cave. In addition to the terrace, there is also a roof terrace. There are 3 parking spaces available at the accommodation.

Vlak voor aankomst hadden we contact met de eigenaar over het exacte tijdstip van aankomst. De dame was er keurig op tijd en verwelkomde ons met een hartelijk en vriendelijk woord, uitleg en rondleiding door het huis. Om ons de eerste avond goed door te laten komen zonder een bezoek aan de supermarkt af te leggen, lag er fruit in de schaal, benodigdheden om een maaltijd te kunnen koken, en waren er meerdere drankjes en ook ruim voldoende koffie en koud water. De accommodatie is wat ons betreft een idyllisch plekje een sprookjes huisje, met prachtige antieke meubels, knus en sfeervol ingericht. Bij aankomst rook het in eerste instantie wat muf, maar na open zetten van alle ramen trok dat al gauw weg. Alles was keurig schoon en fris. De villa ligt vrij afgelegen, en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor restaurants moet men wel een flink stukje rijden, maar daar staat de ultieme rust tegenover.

This rare villa has been restored and decorated with a maximum of passion and love for Tuscany. Next to the fact, that it is more than fully equipped it offers a unique atmosphere, which almost prevented us from going out, exploring the superb surroundings (Santa Fiora, Monte Amiata etc.). Because of its altitude, the temperatures in summertime are very pleasant. There is absolute privacy with fantastic views and colours of light, especially at sunrise/set we didn't stop taking pictures! The proud and modest owner (not living at the premises) is very friendly, helpful and knows into every detail the demands of his visitors (we were pleasantly surprised). We liked the pictures at the Belvilla site and we loved the reality... With our highest recommendation enjoy Villa Monte Amiata!

Het huis straalt een gezellige sfeer uit. Het is brandschoon. We werden zeer gastvrij door de eigenaar ontvangen. Zeer aardige man! Stelt zich zeer gedienstig op. Alleen al door zijn ontvangst voelden wij ons er onmiddellijk thuis!

¡Qué estancia tan encantadora! El amplio jardín de la villa fue perfecto para que nuestros hijos jugaran mientras nosotros disfrutábamos de las impresionantes vistas del campo toscano, ¡La piscina privada fue un éxito para todos!
