Lovers of a designer look will be delighted by this small residence situated in the Cannaregio district, one of Venice's unmissable districts.
The residence offers seven apartments, all on the ground floor and arranged around a small internal garden. The apartments' contemporary minimalist style gives a touch of relaxed "chic" to this spacious and extremely bright accommodation. Numerous elements contribute to visitors' comfort, such as air-conditioning and underfloor heating, the remote controlled lighting and blinds and the entry video intercom.
The residence is in a part of the Cannaregio district that was famous in the times of the Doges of Venice because it was here that the fabrics intended for the clothes of the Doges and noble families of the "Most Serene Republic of Venice" were dyed.
It scarcely takes a few minutes to get to the Strada Nuova, a well-known shopping street that takes you to Rialto bridge.

Bel appartement, un seul petit pont à traverser, appréciable lorsqu'on doit se ballader avec les valises...l'aspect un peu brut de l'ensemble surprend mais donne son côté loft....assez moderne et comtemporain, de beaux tableaux de belles lampes....une cuisine déco mais peu fonctionnelle et peu de vaiselle....

Alles verliep naar behoren, uitgezonderd de watervoorziening (zeer weinig druk op het water en éénmaal viel de boiler uit)

Gute Lage nicht weit von Bahnhof Santa Lucia. Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, ein kleiner Garten ist vorhanden. Zugang zum Haus ist durch ein schweres Tor gesichert. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Bars und Restaurants mit moderaten Preisen. Wir waren im Februar in der Wohnung. Es war relativ kalt, die Fenster sind leider sehr zugig. Die Ausstattung sehr einfach, keine Mikrowelle oder Spülmaschine. Fernseher ist vorhanden, leider gibt es nur italienische und polnische (!) Sender. Sat-Antenne ist auf Hotbird ausgerichtet. Das Geschirr war leider nicht wirklich sauber
