Klein Vink is a welcoming holiday park located amidst the National Park De Maasduinen. The famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen is located near by the park, a great source of relaxation. As a guest of Klein Vink you can use the wellness facilities of Thermaalbad Arcen at a reduced rate. Here you can enjoy the various thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments. The holiday park Klein Vink has an indoor swimming pool, a large swimming-, surfing- and rowing lake and a wide range of sports and game facilities. There are many cycling and walking routes in the beautiful nature in this region too. An excursion to the castle gardens of Arcen, Toverland or one of the German cities like Cologne and Dusseldorf is worth it too. The connected, spacious bungalows are for rent. Anybody can enjoy a carefree holiday here.
Tucked within the tranquil setting of Résidence Klein Vink, this stylish 5-person villa offers the perfect blend of privacy and comfort. Located on the end of a three-villa row, you’ll enjoy added peace with no neighbors on one side. The bright living space features garden doors that open onto a private terrace—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy box-spring beds, and a washing machine for convenience, this villa is ideal for families or couples seeking a refreshing countryside escape.
Bring your furry friends along—pets are warmly welcomed here! Step outside to explore the nearby trails of Maasduinen National Park, a paradise for pups and humans alike. The serene lakes and open meadows provide off-leash opportunities, while the Arcen Castle Gardens offer scenic strolls where leashed pets are allowed in certain areas. After a day outdoors, unwind with your pet in the garden while enjoying the calming sounds of nature.
Note: Between September 7 and 11, 2026, a large group will be staying at Klein Vink. The group will host party evenings on Monday and Tuesday in the general parking area. Please be aware that these events, as well as the group’s stay, may result in some noise disturbance during this period. We appreciate your understanding. Thermal Bath is open from 08:30 to 22:00 (last entry 20:30), with saunas closing at 20:00, pools at 21:30, and the brasserie at 21:00.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- Outside school holidays the indoor pool is closed during the week from 3 pm to 7 pm due to swimming lessons. At this park we offer free sports and entertainment activities.
- We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday December 6 to Friday December 17.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Klein Vink (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday January 16 to 6 February 2023. Guests who have already booked for this period receive 2.5 hours of free daily access to the Thermal Bath for the entire group. We would like to point out that the thermal bath is a spa where guests come for relaxation.
- It is therefore not allowed to run, shout, bring balls or other water attributes or make bombs in the thermal bath.
- From Monday 4 to Friday 8 September 2023, the NSG event will take place at Klein Vink. This may cause some noise nuisance.
- This applies for Klein Vink and Residence Klein Vink, Parkhotel Bad Arcen: hotel, bungalow, villa and campsite
- The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
- If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Mooi huisje hier gaan we zeker nog een naartoe. Leuke omgeving erg leuk voor kinderen tot een jaar of 10.

¡Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso aquí! El espacio al aire libre era encantador, y los niños disfrutaron jugando en el jardín, La proximidad a la Cervecería Hertog Jan fue un bono para nosotros los adultos, ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

Prima , erg vriendelijk mooie omgeving. Alleen jammer als je op me a k bedden hebt geen beddengoed hebt en geen kinder bedje geen kinderstoel alles vergeten. Water uit de kraan is vies hadden drie huisjes geboekt allemaal ziek diaree en spugen. Waren heel veel klachten van anderen huisjes.
