The park's outdoor swimming pool, fish pond, sandy beach, sports and gaming mean there's always something to do whatever the weather. You can enjoy excellent day trips in the area surrounding the resort. The town of Arcen, known as the Pearl on the Maas, is well worth a visit. The German town of Xanten is 30 kilometres away. Dusseldorf is 70 kilometres. They are both easy to reach and make excellent day trips.

Specifics
- Various extra amenities are available at some accommodations for a fee of €25. They are not included in the standard booking. These are an infra-red sauna, a second parking place at the villa, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and sun bed. - The children's entertainment team is only present during Dutch school holidays.
- Due to extreme rainfall in spring 2024, the water level in the natural pool is very high. This causes the beach to be flooded. The Limburg Water Board has designated the natural pool as a swimming location between 1 May and 1 October. So you can just swim. Once the water level recedes, you can use the beach again.
- A minimum age of 18 years applies for access to the thermal bath
- Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- If permission is not given for your pet then entry to the park and the reserved accommodation may be refused upon arrival
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

Mooi ruime villa, er zat zelfs een sauna in. Wel een blaffende hond naast ons huis die aanslaat als je de tuin in gaat. Maar 's avonds en 's nachts verder niet geblaft. PS Hond was daar wel toegestaan dacht ik...

Beetje onduidelijk waar je bij aankomst moet parkeren, het leek alsof je door moest rijden en niet vooraan mocht parkeren. Prima accomodatie.

De aankomst was goed, beetje druk maar het park was dan ook volgeboekt. De omgeving was mooi. Het is een kind vriendelijk park, helaas dat niet iedere gast daar rekening mee houdt.

De accommodatie was mooi . Het huis was gerestyled en zag er goed schoon uit . Er zaten alleen veel vliegen wat waarschijnlijk door de dichtbegroeide sloot kwam . Het park zag er verder ook netjes uit , vriendelijk personeel.

Bij aankomst te weinig badlinnen aanwezig, bij receptie opgehaald. Lamp wc kapot,douche kop los. Deels gerepareerd. Bedden beneden van slechte kwaliteit.

Prima accomodatie. Erg luxe. De indeling is wel heel kaal. Straalt geen gezelligheid uit. Receptie is erg bulpzaam.
