Klein Vink is a welcoming holiday park located amidst the National Park De Maasduinen. The famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen is located near by the park, a great source of relaxation. As a guest of Klein Vink you can use the wellness facilities of Thermaalbad Arcen at a reduced rate. Here you can enjoy the various thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments. The holiday park Klein Vink has an indoor swimming pool, a large swimming-, surfing- and rowing lake and a wide range of sports and game facilities. There are many cycling and walking routes in the beautiful nature in this region too. An excursion to the castle gardens of Arcen, Toverland or one of the German cities like Cologne and Dusseldorf is worth it too. The connected, spacious bungalows are for rent. Anybody can enjoy a carefree holiday here.
This restyled, luxurious, detached villa is located in Résidence Klein Vink, surrounded by nature.
On the ground floor, you'll have a nice living room and fully equipped open plan kitchen at your disposal, as well as a bedroom with washbasin. On the first floor, you'll find the other bedrooms and the two bathrooms, one of which with bathtub and one with shower and (infrared) sauna. All beds are single box-spring beds, which might be set up as a double bed.
The villas feature an infrared or traditional sauna. Both on the ground floor and upstairs there's a separate toilet. In the storage room, you'll find a washing machine. In the garden, there's a terrace with garden furniture and you can park two cars at the villa.
Adult guests of Résidence Klein Vink and this type receive 2.5 hours free daily access to the Arcen Thermal Baths. Certain conditions regarding check-in times and days apply.
Note: Between September 7 and 11, 2026, a large group will be staying at Klein Vink. The group will host party evenings on Monday and Tuesday in the general parking area. Please be aware that these events, as well as the group’s stay, may result in some noise disturbance during this period. We appreciate your understanding. Thermal Bath is open from 08:30 to 22:00 (last entry 20:30), with saunas closing at 20:00, pools at 21:30, and the brasserie at 21:00.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- Outside school holidays the indoor pool is closed during the week from 3 pm to 7 pm due to swimming lessons. At this park we offer free sports and entertainment activities.
- We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday December 6 to Friday December 17.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Klein Vink (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday January 16 to 6 February 2023. Guests who have already booked for this period receive 2.5 hours of free daily access to the Thermal Bath for the entire group. We would like to point out that the thermal bath is a spa where guests come for relaxation.
- It is therefore not allowed to run, shout, bring balls or other water attributes or make bombs in the thermal bath.
- From Monday 4 to Friday 8 September 2023, the NSG event will take place at Klein Vink. This may cause some noise nuisance.
- This applies for Klein Vink and Residence Klein Vink, Parkhotel Bad Arcen: hotel, bungalow, villa and campsite
- The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
- If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Vriendelijk personeel. Huisje netjes maar eenvoudig. Douche koppen zwaar verkalkt. Infrarood sauna werkte niet goed. Eenvoudig gewoon zwembad. Extra’s bij Thermaalbad vrij prijzig. Uitstraling niet erg chic. Verder wel een prettig verblijf.

park en faciliteiten waren top . alleen jammer dat ik uitgetrapte peuken moet vinden rondom het huisje en schoonmaken ervan had beter gekund ,vond rozeblaadjes er overal spinnewebben aan plafond

De accomodatie was perfect, het omgaan met de klachten over geluids overlast van andere gasten niet. We hebben 2 nachten de receptie gebeld, maar niet terug gekoppeld naar de parkreceptie. Zij deden het af met 1 klacht, erg slecht, terwijl de beveiliger de 2e nacht aangaf dat we een nacht ervoor( om 3.30 uur) ook al gebeld hadden. Kortom, wij raden het park niet aan!

Het was een prima huis. Alles erop en eraan. Twee badkamers. Extra sauna. Veel ruimte er om heen. Het park verder was prima. Al zijn er daar nog zeker verbeter punten te behalen. Maar dat heeft helemaal niets te maken met het huis!

Prima huisje, deurhendel kapot bij aankomst, lampenkap kapot bij aankomst. Tuin was een klein beetje dood, gras was nergens te zien en nog een één ding: een douchegordijn? Even serieus, zo een huis en dan een douchegordijn. Beetje oud. Ohja en een goed volleybalveldje (duitsters alle hoeken van het veld laten zien)

Che fantastica fuga! I bambini hanno adorato lo spazio esterno e noi abbiamo apprezzato i ristoranti locali, in particolare Kloosterhoeve, che era a breve distanza in auto, La villa era pulita e aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno
