The five-star Zeebad Holiday Park is within walking distance of the beach and the North Sea. It consists of three spacious bungalow parks: Fort Soleil, park Breskens and park Scheldeveste. The central park facilities are located at park Scheldeveste with a large tennis/sports hall, swimming pool. The location of the parks is an area of impressive natural beauty. Burgundian Belgium is nearby. All this makes the park the perfect place for an active beach holiday. You can enjoy some very interesting day trips in the area. There is a fishing museum in the town of Breskens. The walled towns of Aardenburg, Hulst and Sluis are well worth a visit. The historic, attractive towns of Ostend, Brugges and Knokke are just over the Belgian border. The area has all the ingredients for a successful holiday.
This luxurious, detached waterfront villa is located at Vakantiepark Zeebad, 1.5 km from the centre of Breskens and only 900 m from the beach.
Recently built (2022), the waterside villa is modern, comfortable and fully equipped. There is a living room featuring a TV with streaming function. You can watch the apps on your phone or tablet on the TV. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, each with two single beds, which can be arranged as a double or twin. There is also a third bathroom with a walk-in shower and two separate toilets. On the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be arranged as a double or twin. For extra comfort, there also is a washing machine and dryer in the storage room. The living room and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating.
Outside, you can relax on the partially covered waterside patio with garden furniture, part of which is suspended above the water. You can park your car near your villa.
At Vakantiepark Zeebad, you can book various holiday homes, tiny houses, villas and chalets for two to eight people.
(Note: Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool will be closed from 24 November to 28 November 2025. You are most welcome to come and swim in the swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. This is approximately a 15-minute drive away.)
Specifics
- Reservations for groups or parties of persons under the age of 21 are not allowed.
- Also, for groups other than family traveling together, an additional deposit of 50 p.p. is required.
- In the early and late season, not all park facilities are open at all times.
- You can rent a crib + high chair for 7.95 per stay. If you stay longer than a week, these costs will be charged twice.
- Please note that a crib does not fit in the bedrooms. If you bring it with you, you can place it in the living room.
- Companies are not allowed to make bookings for employees staying at the park for purposes other than recreation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool will be closed from Monday, November 22 through Friday, November 26.
- Currently, the last part of Zeebad is being built, on the south side of the park to be exact. It is possible that the construction work will cause some inconvenience during the day. Every effort is being made to keep this to a minimum.

- Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
- If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist toll. Der Park ist toll angelegt. Das Hauptgebäude ist etwas älter und die Öffnungszeiten etwas zu kurz. Indoor wird wenig geboten. Leider sind bei dem Bettwäschenpaket von 79€ die Betten bei Ankunft nicht bezogen. Ansonsten sind die Häuser toll ausgestattet. Der Staubsauger war leider mit Tape schlecht repariert, sodass er nicht nutzbar war. Eine Reklamation wurde nicht bearbeitet. Aber diese Sachen gaben uns weniger gestört aber gehören erwähnt.

Schoonmaak niet goed. Poepp op het grasveld. Ijs in de vriezer, natte borden in de kast. Kapstokjes hangen niet ij de muur, maar in het behang. Beetjes in en op het bed. Sorry dit is niet best. Huren nu al 3x n huisje.🤔🤔🤔

Es hat alles prima funktioniert - leider war es nicht ganz sauber - die Dusche war leider anfänglich defekt - wurde aber auch direkt nach Reklamation repariert.

Tolles Haus, ruhige Lage, Zufahrt bei Anreise schwer zu finden. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Kaffeelöffel sind zu wenig, Schnapsgläser fehlen. In den Schlafräumen wäre eine Ablage (Stuhl, Hocker) für Kleidung gut. Anleitungen für die Geräte (Herd ; TV) im Haus wären hilfreich. (Linker Knopf oben für TV -Start, rechter Knopf oben für Router, lange warten. Deutsche Programme ab 450)
