The North Sea resort Résidence Cadzand-Bad is located at the most southwesterly point in the Netherlands, just behind the Zeeuws-Flemish coast. A beautiful coastal park located in a lovely dune landscape, with the allure and atmosphere of the West Flemish resorts. From the stately entrance, you can reach to the expansive North Sea beach (only 350 m away), after a short walk through the village. In and around Cadzand-Bad, you can browse endlessly in the lovely shops and tempt your palate in top restaurants. A day out to Knokke, Bruges or Sluis will make your holiday at North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad complete. North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad has a number of facilities. In the middle of the park there is a central building with the Food Market, various restaurants, a charming terrace and the Koos Kids Club, with all kinds of children's activities. For the adult guests there is plenty to experience. There are charming villages in the area, and you can get right to the beach from your villa or bungalow. All park facilities are not open in the spring and fall.
This detached, stately villa is located at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, just 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, friendly Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
The fully and comfortably furnished villa has three floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and an open kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms, including one walk-through bedroom, which gives access to the special tower room with single bed. There is also a second bathroom with shower and infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the landing, you have a second toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Through the patio doors you reach the garden with (covered) terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
At Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad there are various villas for rent for four to sixteen people.

Note: Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from 1 December to 5 December 2025, until 3:00 p.m. If you are travelling by car, we kindly ask that you park your vehicle at your accommodation.
Specifics
- Reservations for groups of persons under 22 years of age are not permitted.
- For groups other than families travelling together there is an extra security deposit of 50 per person.
- Upon request, there are accommodations available, in which pets are permitted. The note "Pets not permitted" does not mean that there have been no pets in the accommodation. If you want to book a pet-free accommodation, contact our customer contact centre. Preference fees will apply in these cases.
- At your holiday home there is a maximum of parking space (s). Are you with multiple cars? Then you can park them at the general car park at the Plaza building.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately

Der Park an sich ist super schön. Leider war unser Haus eher mittelmäßig und damit auch zu teuer. Sofa durch gesessen. Überall hat Boden gefehlt. Im Wohnzimmer unter dem Tisch neben der Tür oder im Turmzimmer unter dem Bett zum Beispiel. Etwas wenig Geschirr für 9 Personen. Wirklich sauber war es unter den Schränken auch nicht. Lose Toilettenrollenhalter und Risse in der Wand. Prinzipiell war es ok. Mehr aber auch nicht.

Groot huis, is aan vernieuwing toe mag een likje verf krijgen. Weinig kastruimtes in badkamer en slaapkamers boven.

De ligging van het huis in het domein is ideaal. Het domein is schitterend. Het huis mocht wel iets beter gepoetst worden. De koelkast is te klein voor negen mensen en er was ook geen grote kookpot

We kwamen aan, toen was het slot kapot… moesten terug naar de receptie voor een sleutel om binnen te komen. Eenmaal binnen rook het erg mug, hebben alles open gedaan om te luchten.. toen zagen we dat het helemaal niet schoon was.. zelf op beide wc ontlasting op de wc brillen.. gelijk gemeld, na een uur kwam er iemand die zij, kan ik ik niet alleen kom Met 2 collega’s terug. Wij hebben in de tussentijd met schoonmaak doekjes de deuren keuken kastjes ( zat eten op de buitenkant) naar paar uur kwawen 2 vriendelijke dames die op hun mannier wc schoongemaakt. We zaten in de tuin te borrelen. We zagen dat het met blauw spul schoongemaakt was maar ontlasting niet weg. Kortom de Villa was erg smoezelig tafels vies zaten kringen op en rook muf. Erg jammer heb er een hoop geld voor neergelegd. En waren niet blij. Heb het gemeld bij de receptie Mvg Fam Straatman

Prima en mooi park, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en een gourmet besteld op het park. Deze was prima en heel veel. Echter het huisje was in slechte staat. Alles verouderd, niet sfeervol ingericht, keuken met stukken eraf.. erg gedateerd. Vaatwasser was verstopt zat vol met etensresten van de voorgangers maar dit werd keurig en direct verholpen door werknemers van het park. De voorgangers hadden de vaat ook vies in de kasten gezet. Hiet kunnen ze op het park niks aan doen maar miss wat beter controleren door de schoonmaak. Verder hebben we ondanks het huisje een heel fijn weekend gehad maar weet niet of we nog voor dit park zouden kiezen door gedateerde huisjes.
