Marinapark Volendam offers you water fun on and around the Markermeer and the park's own yachting harbour. The holiday park has an indoor swimming pool with paddling pool and you can also hire bicycles here. Visit the pretty fishing village Volendam and a clog factory or cheese farm or get photographed in full Volendam traditional costume. Lively Amsterdam is definitely worth a visit - at less than 20 km from the park. All holiday houses are unique, with a different number of rooms, location on the waterside or the yachting harbour and/or additional luxury like a private sauna. All the houses are built in Volendam style with views over the IJsselmeer or the beautiful landscape.

Note: Due to maintenance, the swimming pool will be closed from 24 November to 28 November 2025.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21. Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged € 50 p.p. deposit.
- In the first weekend of September is the famous fair in Volendam. During this weekend the final cleaning and bed linen are obligatory. There is also a deposit of € 50, - per person calculated.
- We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Koos Kids Club and the recreation program are only available in July and August. In the other periods, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there is no recreation program.
- The swimmingpool is closed on Wednesday afternoon, except in the school holidays.
- Due to work, the swimming pool at Marinapark Volendam will be closed from Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 May 2024.
- The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
- If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sauber!! Die Betten waren nicht sauber. Klo und Dusche ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. Preis Leistung sehr schlecht. Es wurde nicht auf Hygiene geachtet. Leider ein Horror Erlebnis und nicht weiterzuempfehlen!!!!! NIE WIEDER!!!

Está muy bien ubicado, con parking privado y bien comunicado con el centro de Volendam, parada de bus en la misma calle para ir a Amsterdam y junto a carreteras para moverte por la zona. Como pega, solo había 2 tenedores, el cazo para las comidas es del tamaño de una cuchara, pero te sirve.

Die Anlage der Häuser ist wie beschrieben, die Lage direkt am Hafen sehr schön. Leider war die Möblierung schon recht abgenutzt, das Sofa teilweise durchgesessen, die Mikrowelle macht merkwürdige Geräusche, also immer nach Gebrauch den Stromstecker ziehen. Ansonsten in Ordnung.

Clean and Spacious accommodation. Lovely views from the balcony of the marina. Well equipped. Next time I would take my own pillow as I found them to be very floppy. But that’s personal choice. Although the properties are attached the soundproofing is excellent.
