Hof van Salland is situated between the IJssel River and the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. The varied landscape of gently rolling hills, thick forests and fields of blooming heather will make you feel like you're in another world. The best way to explore the area is by bicycle, and there are plenty of opportunities for that thanks to the 400 kilometres of bike paths here! Didn't bring the bikes? Not a problem! You can rent them right here at the holiday park. The surrounding area offers a rich cultural heritage which has been well preserved. With monumental farms, elegant country estates, romantic castles and restored mills, there is no shortage of sights to explore. Charming cities such as Deventer (about 32 km away) and Zwolle (about 29 km away) are most definitely worth a visit as well. There are many different ways to unwind at Hof van Salland. You can relax on the sunbathing lawn or, if exercise is what does it for you, let loose on the tennis court. The grand café is a tasty way to finish off the day in a pleasant ambience. You can enjoy the stunning natural bounty at and around Hof van Salland in your own way.

Specifics
- Hof van Salland is a park under development. The park administration will do everything it can to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
- The heated outdoor swimming pool is available from July to September, in case the weather allowes. Due to maintenance, the pool will be temporarily closed from 28 September
- If permission is not given for your pet then entry to the park and the reserved accommodation may be refused upon arrival. Please get in touch with our customer contact centre about this.
- Hof van Salland is a firework free park. Lightning fireworks at this park is not allowed. We can not guarantee that this will not happen. Likewise, no guarantee can be given for a firework-free environment of the park.
- The De Hazelaer restaurant is open seven days a week, except between 12 July and 30 August; then the restaurant is closed on Wednesday evenings for a la carte and a BBQ is organised at the Poolbar. From October 1 to March 31, the restaurant is closed every Tuesday and Wednesday and completely closed from January 8 to 24. You can find the most recent opening hours at the park.

- For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
- Reservations for groups of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted
- The park has indicated that it is a firework-free zone. Despite the fact that the park will do their utmost to enforce the prohibition on the lighting of fireworks, they cannot give a 100% guarantee that no actual fireworks will be lit on or in the direct vicinity of the park. Therefore, no rights may be derived from this indication.

Aankomst viel door files buiten het venster dat het park bood (15-17u). Na telefonisch contact werd het huisje vóór onze komst vast geopend, zodat we alsnog binnen konden. Er vinden bouwwerkzaamheden plaats op het park. Overlast wordt beperkt, maar als je het verkeerd treft, bevindt je huisje zich tegenover een bouwput. Jammer dat dit bij boeken niet vermeld werd op de site. Park is mooi aangelegd en accommodatie was uitstekend: ruime woning op een ruim perceel. Wel misten we wat kindervoorzieningen: geen traphekjes of deur naar de trapopgang en voor een kinderstoel en -bed dient flink te worden bijbetaald (3 euro per stuk per dag). Speelvoorzieningen op het park zijn netjes, maar beperkt: zwembad en één speeltuintje.
