Welcome to your peaceful retreat at Cape Helius Holiday Park, just a short stroll from the harbor and 2 km from the charming fortified town of Hellevoetsluis. This newly restyled, detached villa offers a perfect balance of comfort and classic Dutch coastal living. The spacious living room with a TV and stereo invites cozy evenings in, while the fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and coffee machine—makes dining effortless.
Comfortable, Light-Filled Spaces
Upstairs, three restful bedrooms accommodate up to five guests, ideal for families or friends. Two rooms offer flexible double or single bed options, while the third provides a single bed—perfect for children or solo travelers. The villa includes a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a convenient separate toilet downstairs. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while central heating keeps things cozy in every season.
Charming Surroundings & Local Dining
Step outside to enjoy your private terrace and garden—perfect for breakfast in the sun or an evening glass of wine. While balconies are temporarily closed for maintenance, the scenic beauty around you remains untouched. Just minutes away, discover the sandy shores of the North Sea, harborfront walks, and local eateries like Paviljoen de Duinrand or Brasserie 't Vingerling. Please note, pets are not permitted—offering an allergy-friendly, tranquil environment for all guests.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- Due to renovation work, the restaurant and mini-market will be closed from 4 September to 1 October 2023. The Service Point will be accessible.
- On 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January, the restaurant is open for breakfast buffet, for lunch and dinner the restaurant is closed
- Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort swimming pool will be closed from Monday 27 May to Wednesday 29 May 2024. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg.
- The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Das gesamte Haus war von außen über und über voller Spinngeweben. Besonders dreckig die Fenster im 1. Stock mit außen Spinnendreck und einem Holzbalkon voller Grünspan. Bei dem Wochenpreis darf man anderes erwarten. Fliegen Sie für das Geld besser eine Woche mit Halbpension nach Mallorca.
