Just 2 km from the historic center of Hellevoetsluis and a short 6 km drive to the North Sea beach, this villa is ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful, well-connected retreat. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration, and the open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, and coffee machine to make dining in easy and enjoyable.
Upstairs, you’ll find three bright and flexible bedrooms, each featuring two single box-spring beds that can be arranged as doubles. The modern bathroom includes both a soothing bathtub and a refreshing shower, with a separate toilet located conveniently on the ground floor. Whether you're enjoying a lazy morning or winding down after an adventure, this villa has everything you need to feel right at home—all with the added comfort of central heating for year-round coziness.

Although balconies are currently closed for maintenance, the lush garden and scenic surroundings offer plenty of fresh-air enjoyment. - Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- Due to renovation work, the restaurant and mini-market will be closed from 4 September to 1 October 2023. The Service Point will be accessible.
- On 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January, the restaurant is open for breakfast buffet, for lunch and dinner the restaurant is closed
- Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort swimming pool will be closed from Monday 27 May to Wednesday 29 May 2024. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg.

de ligging van het park is prima, dicht bij de oude haven en restaurantjes. de indeling van het huisje was heel goed, 3 ruime slaapkamers, genoeg kastruimte, fijne bijkeuken, genoeg leefruimte. de trap is erg krap gezet en levert moeilijkheden op als je ook maar iets minder ter been bent, hebben wij ervaren. de tafel stoelen waren instabiel, 1 stoel hebben we aan de kant gezet. het sanitair was gedateerd en niet meer schoon te houden, wat dus ook niet het geval was. de trapleuning was smerig, plakte aan alle kanten. het keukenblok had alleen licht boven de kookplaat, de achterwand en het senseo apparaat waren vet en niet schoon te krijgen. wel fijne grote koelkast. het bankstel was niet functioneel.

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung. Maritim und erholsam. Für uns war es genau das Richtige.
