Welcome to your serene getaway at Cape Helius Holiday Park, perfectly located by the picturesque harbour of Hellevoetsluis. This elegant and spacious villa offers the ideal mix of comfort, charm, and coastal allure. Just minutes from the historic fortified town and 6 km from the North Sea beaches, you'll enjoy the best of both relaxation and adventure. Inside, the villa features a bright, open living room with patio doors to a covered veranda, and a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day by the water.
With four beautifully appointed double bedrooms across three floors, there's space for the whole group to unwind. All beds are plush box-spring singles, arranged as doubles or twins to suit your needs. Two modern bathrooms provide convenience, and for the ultimate indulgence, enjoy your private sauna—perfect after a beach walk or harbor stroll. Note: balconies are temporarily closed due to maintenance, but your sun-soaked garden and furnished terrace—with four loungers—offer ample outdoor relaxation space.
Explore the culinary scene with nearby harborside restaurants like De Meeuw or Restaurant De Branding, both offering fresh seafood and sunset views. The charming harbor area invites evening walks, and with no pets allowed, the villa remains a tranquil, allergen-free retreat.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- Due to renovation work, the restaurant and mini-market will be closed from 4 September to 1 October 2023. The Service Point will be accessible.
- On 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January, the restaurant is open for breakfast buffet, for lunch and dinner the restaurant is closed
- Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort swimming pool will be closed from Monday 27 May to Wednesday 29 May 2024. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg.

- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately

Sehr freundliches Personal in der Reception, Anlage mit Sicherheitsdienst, tolle Lage am Hafen, kleiner Sandstrand, Spielplätze, die Anlage wird scheinbar an einigen Stellen renoviert, bei uns war die Zimmeraufteilung toll, Sauna aber es durfte kein Wasser auf die Heizung, ordentliches Haus, Bäder top, Matratzen sauber und gut, Küche gut ausgestattet, drei Zugänge im EG zu den Terassen, 1. OG hat jedes Zimmer einen Zugang zum Balkon leider war dieser bei zwei Zimmern gesperrt wg. Reparatur, im DG ebenfalls ein großer Balkon mit mega Aussicht, Stellplatz am Haus für zwei Autos und eine E-Ladesäule über QR-Code, Brötchenservice am Kiosk zum Abholen, kleiner Kiosk für alles nötige, Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt. Kleines Manko, die Sitzgarnituren im Wohnzimmer sind an den Lehnen leider sehr abgenutzt ggf. mal falsches Reinigungsmittel, ebenfalls an den runden Handlungen. Zwei WCs und zwei Bäder mit Dusche war für uns optimal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Prach-tig uitzicht over het water!! Vooral ‘s ochtends en ‘s avonds bij de zonsopkomst en ondergang geen straf om even lekker op de veranda te gaan zitten. Mooi, groot huis met omheinde tuin. Super fijn als je met kleine kinderen bent en het huis is zeker kidsproof! Echter liet de hygiëne wel te wensen over.. de ramen waren smerig, er hingen haren aan de trap, de vaatwasser stond nog aan van de mensen voor ons en die banken…… ik wil echt niet weten waar al die vlekken vandaan komen….. We hebben daar geen melding van gemaakt bij de receptie omdat we maar 3 nachtjes bleven en geen zin hadden in ‘gedoe’ en gewoon lekker van ons weekendje wouden gaan genieten. Al met al prachtige accommodatie met meeeeer dan genoeg ruimte en veel leuke dingen in de buurt.

Mooi huis. Lekker ruim. Sauna heerlijk. Schoon maak was knudde. Zelfs poep aan de toilet. Belachelijk dat je moet betalen om op het park van roompot te mogen. Volgende keer boek ik gewoon via roompot. 95.00 euro schoonmaak is ook flink. Zeker als het bij aankomst niet schoon is.
