Nestled in the heart of Beach Resort Kamperland, this charming ground-floor chalet offers a cozy and inviting retreat just a short walk from the North Sea's sandy shores. The bright living area opens to a furnished terrace—perfect for soaking in the fresh Zeeland air. With a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and two restful bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with twins or another double), it’s ideal for a relaxing beach break with family, friends, or your furry companion.
Pet-Friendly Paradise
Bring your pet along—this chalet welcomes four-legged family members! Stroll the dunes at nearby Banjaardstrand, one of Zeeland’s cleanest dog-friendly beaches, or explore the tranquil trails at De Schotsman nature reserve, where leashed pets can join you for a lakeside walk. Many cafés in Kamperland even offer water bowls and pet treats, making it easy to include your dog in your daily outings.

Note: from January 19th to February 1st, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna, and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed for maintenance. All other facilities will remain available.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 21 November to Monday 28 November. You are welcome to go swimming in the pool at Hof Domburg. This is about 20 minutes away by car.
- Bookings made for business purposes are not allowed.
- From 17 to 21 March 2025, work will be carried out on the Roompot Beach Resort beach. For safety reasons, the beach will not be accessible during this period.
- On Thursday 6 June 2024, the Middelburg-Wissenkerke stage of the ZLM Tour will take place. The peloton will pass 3 times in the afternoon, and the access roads to the park will be temporarily closed as a result. If you'd like to cheer the cyclists on, you'll have first-rate visibility from the Mariapolderseweg and the Hooidijk. Make sure you are behind the fences between 14:50 and 16:00.
- Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort swimming pool will be closed from Monday 27 May to Wednesday 29 May 2024. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg.
- Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
- If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Sehr schöner Park, sehr freundliches Personal leider war das Haus der abgewohnt, für den Herbst und Winter nicht zu empfehlen da es im Bad und in den Schlafräumen keine Heizung gab. Es war immer feucht in diesen Räumen was unsere Kleidung Annahm.

Urlaub konnte nicht angetreten werden, da die Buchung bzw. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft von Belvilla falsch war. Angezeigt wurde Haustierfreundlich, auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt Haustier erlaubt, allerdings wurde das von Roompot dann widerlegt. Fehler von Belvilla und FeWo Direkt. Kontaktaufnahme zu FeWo Direkt und Belvilla war eine Katastrophe. Ständig aus der Leitung geworfen oder einfach das Telefonat beendet. Zum Schluss ging alles zum Anwalt. Nie wieder über diese Seite und diesen Gastgeber…

Huisje en locatie is goed. Faciliteiten Roompot, waaronder restaurant en terras zijn slecht. Personeel ongeïnteresseerd en spreken totaal geen Nederlands alleen gebrekkig engels

Het chalet had maar 1 elektrische verwarming. Dat was onvoldoende om het vocht weg te werken in het chalet. De douche had hierdoor ook wat schimmel. De bedden waren goed. Het meubilair was niet Belvilla waardig. Zeer eenvoudig en ook niet in goede staat. Het park was fantastisch. De omgeving is ook super. Maar het huisje viel wel tegen. Meer comfort verwacht. Er was wel goed schoongemaakt. Dus al met al een redelijk verblijf.
