Through its location on the edge of the Kootwijkerzand (the largest drift dune area in Western Europe), holiday park de Berkenhorst is ideal for walking and cycling enthusiasts. A beautiful location for taking trips through the extensive forests and beautiful heaths. The park is also very suitable as a base for excursions to the Apenheul in Apeldoorn (approx. 10 km), Het Loo Palace (approx. 13 km), the Krüller-Möller Museum in Otterlo (about 20 km) or the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk (approx. 25 km away). The car-free park has many nice facilities, such as sports options, play equipment for the children, etc. Holiday Park de Berkenhorst is highly recommended for every age.
This restyled, semi-detached and single-storey bungalow is located on the green and car-free De Berkenhorst Holiday Park, on the beautiful Veluwe. The holiday park borders Western Europe's largest shifting sand area, The Kootwijkerzand. It's 2 km from the town of Kootwijk and 19 km from the city of Apeldoorn.
The bungalow is comfortably and fully furnished and is suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children (up to 12 years). In the living room, you will find a TV, and in the open kitchen, there is a dishwasher and a microwave. There are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have single box-spring beds, which may be set up as a double bed, and one has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (one of this type of bungalow has a bath) and a toilet.
Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. You can park your car in the central car park of the holiday park.
At the De Berkenhorst Holiday Park, there are various bungalows for two to six people available for booking.
