This detached, luxury holiday home with private indoor swimming pool is located on the beautiful holiday park Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad , which opened its doors in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away.
The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function. The modern kitchen features a combi oven, dishwasher and wine fridge. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. From the hall, you reach the indoor swimming pool (4.40 x 2.80 m), a great place to relax. You will also find a seating area and shower. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the bathrooms also features a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on the landing. In one of the bedrooms, there is a smart TV with streaming function. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Through the patio doors you reach the garden with covered terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the house. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car.
At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.

Sadly everything on the parc was closed, so no games for children, no restaurant, no lunch. The house was amazing.

Zonder excuus is onze vakantie last minute geannuleerd door Belvilla. Dat mogen ze kennelijk gewoon doen, zonder reden of compensatie. Heel vervelend voor ons want zo last minute iets vergelijkbaars vinden in hoogseizoen was niet mogelijk. Hulp hierbij was ook niet aanwezig. Sowieso is contact met Belvilla is heel moeilijk. Eindeloos aan de lijn maar krijg niemand te spreken. Klachten via de site of mail worden niet opgepakt en uiteindelijk duurde het nog lang om ons geld terug te krijgen. Kortom je vakantie bij Belvilla is onzeker en zorg dat je geld apart zet om een tweede boeking te kunnen betalen want je geld is ook niet snel terug.

Tuvimos una estancia increíble en la Casa Lujosa con la piscina interior! La propiedad no solo era espaciosa, sino también bellamente decorada, Cada dormitorio tenía su propio baño, lo que fue un toque fantástico para nuestro grupo, A los niños les encantó la piscina interior, y pasamos horas nadando y relajándonos, La ubicación es genial, a solo un corto trayecto en coche de la impresionante playa del Mar del Norte y opciones de comida local como Piazza Italian Kitchen, que nos encantó, ¡Altamente recomendado si buscas una escapada relajante!
