It is located on the same property as the house of the friendly owner. Next to the holiday home is a sheep pasture and a unique orchard. Ideal for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends and great fun for young children! With its location near the Kromme Rijn area and in the national park the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, there are enough possibilities for lovers of culture (for example the annual cherry festival), nature, cycling, walking and canoeing. Do not forget to visit Amerongen Castle, located 7 km away, or the pleasant city of Utrecht, half an hour's drive from the house. The proximity of the A12 motorway makes the holiday home easily accessible. The living room offers a beautiful view of the countryside and access to the spacious terrace through the French doors. The garden is also a true Eldorado for the children; there are various play apparatuses and the garden is so large that they can play hide and seek all they want. <br><b> Optional Utilities & Service Package </b><br><b> An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 </b> can be selected prior to your arrival. Het was ons niet helder uit de beschrijving op de Belvilla website dat dit een B&B is dus daar waren we niet op ingesteld. De B&B is evenwel prima. Mooie plek en fijne familie. Erg geschikt voor jongere kinderen. Je deelt wel alles met de familie. Dus buiten geen eigen plek.

Er zijn meerdere terassen beschikbaar bij deze woning, waaronder ook een privé terras bij de gehuurde accomodatie.

Leuk huisje. Mooie ligging en wijds uitzicht. Voldoende ruimte in en om het huisje. Woning beetje gedateerd, maar wel sfeervol. Vriendelijk gezin met leuke tips voor trips in de omgeving. Dieren en fruit in de tuin, extra leuk met kids. De snelweg is dichtbij en goed hoorbaar.
