The Buitenhof de Leistert is a lovely luxurious holiday, or better said, farm villa park, it is an expansion of the existing recreation park de Leistert with its many facilities. Buitenhof de Leistert is located in the varied landscape of Middle Limburg, and is surrounded by a beautiful natural area. Shady lanes, farms, fruit orchards and meandering brooks make this experience of times past complete. The villas in the Limburg farmhouse style are characterized by lovely architecture. The park is spacious. You'll enjoy complete peace and space and have all of the necessary facilities on hand to make your holiday complete. On the park there are covered and open air swimming pools, various playgrounds, a rowing lake, cycle hire and much more. The area is perfect for cycling and/or walking excursions. Roermond, with its atmospheric downtown, Maastricht, the White Town of Thorn, the thermal baths at Arcen and Toverland are certainly worth a visit. Welcome to your charming countryside escape—this 7-person holiday farm is designed in traditional Limburg farmhouse style and nestled within a five-star park in Midden-Limburg. With 130 m² of space across two floors, this detached villa features three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. The ground-floor bedroom includes a double bed with separate mattresses, while upstairs offers a mix of double and single beds, making it ideal for families or multigenerational groups. The large garden and sunny terrace provide the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation.
Step inside and feel instantly at home with cozy underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and plenty of room for everyone to gather and unwind. The villa combines rustic charm with practical comfort, and guests enjoy unlimited access to all the park’s activities. From subtropical swimming pools with slides and whirlpools to Adventure Golf and hyperbowling, there’s something to delight every age. Kids will love the daily entertainment organized by the recreation team.
Treat your taste buds at Mr. Friet for snacks, La Selva Food & Drinks with indoor play zones, Italian cuisine at Via Verde, or sizzling grills at Restaurant Grillo. Beyond the park, discover hiking trails, nearby nature reserves, and charming Limburg towns like Roermond and Maastricht

Specifics
- On Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, all facilities will be closed from 4 p.m.
- In addition to the comfort farm villas NL-6088-02 (5-pers.), NL-6088-06 (7-pers.) and NL-6088-10 (9-pers.), there are also luxury farm villas. These have, in addition to the furnishings of the comfort types, a sauna, a whirlpool, a washing machine/dryer combination and a flat screen in one or more bedrooms. The luxury types are NL-6088-04 (5-pers.), NL-6088-08 (7-pers.), NL-6088-12 (9-pers.), NL-6088-14 (11-pers.) and NL-6088-16 (13-pers.).
- There is also a child friendly variant available for all available types. A crib, playpen and high chair are standard in these villas. You will also find a wagon, stair gate on top of the stairs, protected wall outlets, washing machine/dryer combination, and the garden is enclosed. The child friendly types are NL-6088-03 (5-pers. comfort), NL-6088-05 (5-pers. lux.), NL-6088-07 (7-pers. comfort), NL-6088-09 (7-pers. lux.), NL-6088-11 (9-pers. comfort), NL-6088-13 (9-pers. lux.), NL-6088-15 (11-pers. lux.) and NL-6088-17 (13-pers. lux.).
- There are farm villas where pets are allowed. Pets are only accepted on request. To arrange this, contact the customer service centre by phone. If the pet is not previously approved, access to the park may be refused.
- For a fee, there is also access to a wifi network for the laptop or smart phone.
- The adventure water playground in our water play area, cannot be commissioned until further notice (expected to March 2024)
- There is a temporary Pop-Up facility called 'Arcade Games XL' from October 2023 to March 2024; all information can be found at https://www.leistert.nl/arcade-games-xl
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à la Farm Villa ! L'espace était parfait pour ma réunion de famille, avec suffisamment de place pour tout le monde, C'était agréable d'avoir la piscine extérieure, même si elle aurait pu être un peu plus chaude, La cuisine était équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ce qui a facilité la préparation des repas, Le WiFi était un peu lent parfois mais honnêtement, cela ne nous dérangeait pas trop car nous étions occupés à profiter du jardin et de la belle terrasse, Nous reviendrions certainement en un clin d'œil !

Wij waren met 2 gezinnen met jonge kinderen (in totaal 7 personen) - gezellig, nieuw huisje met meer dan voldoende ruimte - 2 volwaardige badkamers Wij waren zeer tevreden! 2 kleine verbeterpunten: 1) voor 7 personen was de koelkast wat klein 2) we hadden een gewone microgolf oven - een combi biedt wat meer mogelijkheden

We hadden prachtig weer. Het huisje was super. Goed voorzien van alle gemakken en met meer dan voldoende ruimte en een geweldige tuin. De omgeving is ook geweldig. Heerlijk gezwommen met de kinderen en in de speeltuin hebben ze zich ook prima vermaakt. Het was echt een supervakantie.
