Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a resort located in the heart of Central Limburg, within walking distance of the picturesque white town of Thorn. The centrally located MRT Promenade houses the reception, Humphrey's Thorn restaurant, the MRT Shop & Bakery, the Happy Benny Kids Club, and a large bowling alley.

Across from the MRT Promenade is the new MRT Pool, featuring a main pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool, and slide. Guests can relax in beach chairs while watching children play. The MRT Harbor offers mooring for personal or rental boats, and the MRT Beach, accessible by a blue bridge, is perfect for swimming, SUP-boarding, surfing, and e-foiling. The Maasplassen lakes, the largest water recreation area in the Netherlands, are just outside the park. Guests can also explore the stunning natural surroundings by bike or e-bike, even crossing into Belgium.

This spacious 205 m² villa offers a large garden with an extra-large covered terrace, BBQ furniture, lounge set, heaters, sunbeds, an outdoor bath & shower, and a panoramic barrel sauna. Inside, the villa features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional amenities like a washer-dryer, WiFi, and parking for three cars are included. The villa is child-friendly and comes with one high chair and one baby bed, based on availability.

The park is under development, so minor construction noise may occur.
