Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a scenic resort located in the heart of Central Limburg, just a short walk from the charming town of Thorn. The park is home to the MRT Promenade, which features a reception, Humphrey's Thorn restaurant, a bakery, the Happy Benny Kids Club, and a large bowling alley. Opposite the promenade, the MRT Pool offers a main pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool, and slide, with beach chairs for relaxation.

The MRT Harbor is available for mooring personal or rented vessels, with access to the MRT Beach for water activities like swimming, paddleboarding, and e-foiling. The park is nestled on the shores of Maasplassen, the Netherlands' largest water recreation area, ideal for cycling through nature and exploring nearby Belgium. The 100 m² detached villa features a child-friendly bedroom, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has two bedrooms with box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and two toilets. For convenience, there's a washer-dryer and a covered terrace with garden furniture. Each villa includes a high chair, baby bed, and free WiFi. Optional amenities like an outdoor heater can be requested. The park is still in development, so there may be slight noise from construction during weekdays.
