This spacious 150 m² villa is perfect for families and groups, accommodating up to eight guests in four bedrooms, including a ground-floor bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Each room features two single box-spring beds, and the villa is pet-friendly for up to two dogs. Additional amenities like high chairs, baby beds, and outdoor heaters for the large covered terrace can be requested. The living area includes a dining space, comfortable sofa, TV with Chromecast, and free Wi-Fi. Parking for two cars and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering are provided.

The villa is located near Thorn, known for its white brick houses and cobbled streets, and is close to Roermond and Maastricht. Transportation options make it easy to explore the Netherlands and neighboring countries.

Inside, the modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 5-burner induction cooktop, coffee makers, kettle, dishwasher, and combi oven with microwave. Two bathrooms, one with a sauna, and a washer-dryer combination add to the convenience. A large terrace with BBQ furniture and a lounge set offers a perfect space for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided, with extra linens available upon request. Please note the park is under development, so minor noise from construction may occur.
