This spacious detached holiday villa of approximately 150 m² offers a luxurious stay for up to eight guests. It features four bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. The bright living room includes a sitting and dining area, and a television with Chromecast. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 5-burner induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include a washer-dryer combination, free Wi-Fi, and a child safety gate at the stairs. A covered terrace with garden furniture overlooks the water.
Located by the Maasplassen lakes, the villa provides easy access to outdoor activities. Guests can stroll to the town of Thorn, known for its white brick houses and cobbled streets. Roermond is just 20 minutes away, with Designer Outlet Roermond and Saint Christopher’s Cathedral. The resort is also well-positioned for visits to Maastricht, Genk, Liège, and Aachen.
The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with walk-in showers and a sauna. Families will appreciate the provided high chair and baby bed. The park is still under development, so minor construction noise may occur.
