Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a resort located in the heart of Central Limburg, just a short walk from the picturesque town of Thorn. The centrally located MRT Promenade houses the reception, Humphrey's Thorn restaurant, the MRT Shop & Bakery, the Happy Benny Kids Club, and a large bowling alley.

Directly opposite the MRT Promenade is the new MRT Pool, featuring a main pool, a kiddie pool, a whirlpool, and a slide. Guests can relax on beach chairs while keeping an eye on the children playing. The MRT Harbor offers mooring for personal or rental boats, and MRT Beach, accessible via a blue bridge, is perfect for swimming, SUP-boarding, surfing, and e-foiling. The Maasplassen lakes, the largest water recreation area in the Netherlands, are just steps from the park, which is set against beautiful natural landscapes, ideal for exploring by bike or e-bike.

This 150 m² villa features a spacious garden with an extra-large covered terrace, BBQ furniture, a lounge set, heaters, sunbeds, an outdoor bath and shower, and a panoramic barrel sauna. Inside, there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room. Free WiFi, a washer-dryer, and parking for two cars are included. High chairs and baby beds are available upon request.

The park is under development, and there may be construction noise.
