Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war fantastisch und hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue erfreut, Die Lage der Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet außerhalb der Stadt war ideal, Es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zur Altstadt von Alcudia mit ihren charmanten Gassen und Restaurants, Der Parkplatz war super - ein fester Platz direkt vor dem Haus, Die Gartendusche vor dem Haus war ebenfalls toll, um den Sand nach einem Sprung ins Meer abzuduschen,

The view from the terrace was fantastic and delighted us every day. The location of the apartment in a quiet residential area outside the city was ideal. It was a good starting point for excursions and to the old town of Alcudia with its charming alleys and restaurants. The parking was great - a fixed space right in front of the house. The garden shower in front of the house was also great for washing off the sand after a dip in the sea.

The location is a solid 10 with direct access to the beach and a gorgeous sunrise, The house seems to be noisy so it can be a bit awkward with neighbors from time to time but not a deal-breaker (I'm very sensitive to noise), Everything is available in the kitchen and there are enough blankets for the colder season, Port Alcudia is close by for shopping and has great restaurants and bars, Alcudia town is 45 minutes walk away and well worth seeing, The beaches and viewpoints around Alcanada and Alcudia are highly recommended! The bus does not currently run between Alcanada and Alcudia Port (low season), There are no food or shopping options in Alcanada as it is low season, Everything is easily accessible on foot or by car or bike,
