The beautiful lawn area surrounds the chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and with a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. There is an exterior shower to wash off after a long day at the beach which is just a short walk away. An finally, the best way to end your day in this fabulous location will be at the private terrace of this apartment where you can enjoy a great breakfast in the morning.

This first floor flat, without lift, is even more incredible on the inside. The air-conditioned living-dining room is a beauty thanks to its spaciousness, its modern-rustic style, and its perfect combination of colours. Here you can eat together, watch satellite-TV or relax while gazing out the window at the mountain views. The wood-burning cooker also guarantees good times on cold days. The kitchen is spacious and peaceful, so you can cook at home on the ceramic hob or in the oven. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in a separate place. There are 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one of them with a double bed and space for a cot and a highchair, and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and two fans are at your disposal.

The location of this apartment is perfect because you can walk to the beach, go out to dinner to any of the varied restaurants in the area, go shopping and much more. The bus to Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia centre, Puerto de Pollensa or Palma passes by every 15 minutes in the summer. We recommend you visit other beaches like the rocky one of La Victoria or the golf course in Alcanada, just 6.2 km away.
