La casa était une catastrophe: pas de draps propres pour l'un des lits, aucune climatisation, pas de wifi, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. L'annonce pour cette maison est une publicité mensongère et une fraude : la piscine est exclusivement réservée à l'hôtel d'à côté et n'est pas autorisée pour les occupants de la maison. Nous avons essayé de déposer une plainte et de contacter la personne-contact sans aucun succès. Le service à la clientèle de Belvilla n'a pas répondu à notre courriel. Séjour catastrophique ! Nous déconseillons à tous les voyageurs de louer cette maison.
