This simple but comfortable apartment is located on the second floor without elevator. A delicious breakfast before going to the beach is the perfect way to start your day. A practical awning protects you from sun if necessary.
The apartment offers a living-dining room, with TV and A/C; a simple kitchen with gas stove; and a laundry with washing machine and iron/ironing board. Also there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one of them with a doube bled and the last one with two single beds. If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with bathtub and bidet. As for the equipment, there is an air conditioner at the entrance.
Familiar and natural in every way, Daimuz beach counts with lots of services like beach-bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets. Most of the restaurants serve tasty Paella, a typical plate of Valencia. If you're into sports, you can do windsurf or paddle surf, among others. The golf course of Oliva Nova is 15 km from the apartment while lively Gandia beach is 5 km away. The old town of Gandia is very picturesque and famous because of the Ducal-Palace. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.
