Peralada Home with Private Pool

The house was perfectly located for our son's wedding on the Perelada estate and access to the golf course - both within easy walking distance. The house itself was lovely - perfect for our adult family, with three large double bedrooms and a twin room in the eves, accessed through the master bedroom - ideal for a family with children! The house was bright and airy, with all the equipment needed to help us feel entirely at home, and with a great terrace for relaxing in the shade. The garden was super for games (again, some kit provided at the house) and the large swimming pool allowed us to swim and cool off - with plenty of space overall. The free bikes with helmets were in good condition and enabled us to get out and explore the area at our leisure. Lastly, Albert our host was brilliant, flexible with arrival time and available with advice and support whenever needed. A great stay that complemented our wedding experience and left us with memories to treasure! Thanks!

We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful house. The property is very large and very well maintained. It must also be said that the house was very clean. The owner of the house Albert is an incredibly polite and courteous person. He makes every effort to ensure that his guests have a wonderful holiday in his house. The house is well equipped with everything you need and much more. The property is located on a very quiet street and is built in a gated and guarded area. You don't have to worry about security as the security service regularly patrols at night. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this villa.

Het is een prettig, verzorgd huis met een fijne tuin en een fijn zwembad. Albert was een prima verhuurder; bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Fijn is dat het op loopafstand / fietsafstand (er zijn 4 fietsen die je kan gebruiken) van het dorp is, zodat je de auto kan laten staan voor restaurants, bakker, etc.

It is a pleasant, well-kept house with a nice garden and a nice swimming pool. Albert was a great landlord; accessible and helpful. It is nice that it is within walking / cycling distance (there are 4 bicycles that you can use) from the village, so that you can leave the car for restaurants, bakery, etc.

Lot of space, nice rooms, equipped kitchen, good standard, nice garden and a lovely swimming pool. The host was also super nice, super friendly and super helpfull. Recommended!

We (family of five) had a fantastic stay in Albert’s villa in Peralada. Communication was smooth and the house, garden and pool was great. The bbq in the garden works very well! Our kids enjoyed the pool a lot and when tired, also made use of the WiFi ;-) The area is pretty with closest by (walking distance), the pittoreske town of Peralada. But also Figueres, Girona and Cadaques are easily reached. If coming with the kids, the waterpark Aquabrava is a must do, it Will make their holiday, it sure did for ours! De woning ligt op een heerlijk rustige plek, maar je loopt ook zo het gezellige Peralada in. We hebben ontzettend genoten van het zwembad bij het huis en van alle gemakken in en rondom de woning. Met aanwezige mountainbikes de omgeving verkennen en met de auto naar de verschillende mooie stranden. Eigenaar Albert is een fijne gastheer die je graag tips geeft en direct klaar staat bij een vraag. Wij komen graag nog eens terug

The house is in a wonderfully quiet place, but you can also walk straight into the cozy Peralada. We really enjoyed the pool at the house and all the comforts in and around the house. Explore the area with available mountain bikes and take the car to the various beautiful beaches. Owner Albert is a nice host who is happy to give you tips and is immediately ready for any question. We would love to come back

When we arrived, everything looked as on the pictures. The expectations were immediately met.

Vriendelijke ontvangst! Behulpzaam. De accommodatie was mooi en héél netjes. Mooie en veilige omgeving. Misschien als tip: 2 extra ligstoelen voor aan het zwembad zou aangenaam zijn. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Top! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Toen wij aankwamen heeft de eigenaar ons hartelijk welkom geheten en een volledige rondleiding gegeven. Het huis is echt zoals op de foto's. Alles erop en eraan! Mooie ruime kamers, een volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine, droogkast, strijkplank en strijkijzer, een prachtig zwembad, buitendouche en grote tuin. Mooie omgeving met verschillende uitstapmogelijkheden. De eigenaar stond altijd klaar om te helpen. Kortom:de moeite dubbel en dik waard! Het was een geweldige vakantie!

When we arrived the owner gave us a warm welcome and gave a full tour. The house is really like in the pictures. Everything on and off! Beautiful spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, a beautiful swimming pool, outdoor shower and large garden. Beautiful environment with various excursion options. The owner was always ready to help. In short: worth the effort! It was a great holiday!

Fantastische accommodatie, hebben hier met zeer veel plezier onze vakantie doorgebracht. Groot huis met ruime tuin en fijn zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien. Centrum van Peralada met leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. Aardige huiseigenaar.

It has everything you need and we felt immediately at home. The town of Perelada is at walking distance, including the shop for tasting and buying the local wine. The beach is 20 min from the house. The hosts gave us some recommendations about towns to visit and good restaurants. We did not have the time to experience them all, but definitely worth to follow their recommendations.
