Prima. Kleine tips: de verlichting in huis was schel, fel, erg ongezellig. Ik had graag duidelijker gelezen dat er een doorgaande weg achter de tuin liep, dat was best rumoerig.

Fine. Small tips: the lighting in the house was shrill, bright, very uncomfortable. I would have liked to read more clearly that there was a main road behind the garden, that was quite noisy.

Met een samenstelling van 10 volwassenen en 4 kinderen 2 weken verbleven in deze villa. Bij aankomst zag het huisje er prachtig uit en de vakantie kon beginnen. Na de eerste nacht was merkbaar dat de airco niet optimaal functioneerde, daarnaast werkte de droger niet goed, zaten er geen kussens bij alle stoelen en zag het zwembad troebel. Contact gezocht met de tussenpersoon, het was duidelijk merkbaar dat zij ervoor wilden zorgen dat onze vakantie een succes zou worden. De airco werd direct bekeken, kussens werden geregeld, zwembad werd gecorrigeerd en binnen een paar dagen was er een nieuwe droger. Dit is precies wat je verwacht van een tussenpersoon en dat deze zaken worden opgepakt en verwerkt. Er werd nog duidelijk vermeld dat ze graag mankementen of opmerkingen nu willen horen en niet aan het einde van de vakantie zodat ze dit konden verhelpen Twee fantastische weken gehad zonder enige andere problemen. Super!!

With a composition of 10 adults and 4 children 2 weeks stayed in this villa.On arrival the house looked beautiful and the holiday could begin. After the first night it was noticeable that the air conditioning was not functioning optimally, in addition, the dryer was not working properly, there were no cushions at all seats and the swimming pool was cloudy. vacation would be a success. The air conditioning was viewed immediately, pillows were arranged, swimming pool was corrected and within a few days there was a new dryer. This is exactly what you expect from an intermediary and that these matters are picked up and processed. It was clearly stated that they would like to hear defects or comments now and not at the end of the holiday so that they could remedy this. We had two fantastic weeks without any other problems. Super!!

There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the toilets. After a long journey, this is a problem which should not arise. It is absolutely basic. Sheets and towels and even tea towels had to be rented at great expense. In view of the cost of the house, this are completely unacceptable. On top of that, the tea towels were actually pillow cases. In the end we bought some.

Het ontvangst was heel goed, en heel belangrijk , in het Nederlands. De taal maakte het heel aangenaam en comfortabel. We werden vergezeld met de wagen tot aan onze accommodatie en kregen een persoonlijke rondleiding in de woning. Één woord geweldig !

The reception was very good, and very important, in Dutch. The language made it very pleasant and comfortable. We were accompanied by the car to our accommodation and received a personal tour of the house. One word great!
