Welcome to Ucklum – a peaceful oasis just 7km from Stenungssund and within easy reach of the coastal islands of Tjörn and Orust. The area offers many different swimming opportunities, from quiet lakes to salty sea bathing. A place in the middle of nature surrounded by birdsong and greenery – a place for recovery. The oblong plot is surrounded by forest and farmland. The cottage is located on the same plot as the owner's main house. There is a path down to Lake Stora Hällungen. From the lake, a stream runs through parts of the plot and creates a magical atmosphere during the summer months. Down here, 10 m from the water, is the cozy cottage of a simpler character. The entrance has a glazed part where breakfast can be enjoyed with a beautiful view. The cottage has a small kitchenette, living room with a sofa bed and a small bedroom with a double bed. A small stove to burn in spreads warmth and increases the coziness factor in the cottage. Bathroom with incinerator toilet, sink and shower. The owner sells fishing licenses for the lake and some fishing equipment is available to borrow and echo to rent. Down by the water there is a shared sauna that can be booked free of charge once a week (3 hours). A perfect accommodation for those who want to explore the forest and land. A good starting point if you want to go on an adventure on the islands or shop in Stenungsund. Welcome!
