The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 1 single bed. In addition, there is a loft; a cozy extra room that can be used as a sleeping area with 2 mattresses, a reading nook or a play area for the children.
The outdoor area is well-maintained, and the spacious terrace is perfect for barbecuing, sunbathing or just enjoying your morning coffee in peaceful surroundings. With the forest right outside the door, there are short walks to beautiful hiking trails, and the area is well suited for hiking, cycling and berry picking.
Grimstad, which is only about 20 minutes away, is one of the pearls of Southern Norway. The town is known for its maritime charm, with white-painted wooden houses, narrow streets and a lively marina. Here you will find cozy cafes, restaurants by the water and small niche shops. For those interested in culture, the Ibsen Museum is a must - this is where Henrik Ibsen lived as a young man, and the museum provides an exciting insight into his life and work.
The animal park in Kristiansand is only an hour's drive away, as is Evje, where you will find the mineral park, climbing park, rafting and several other activities. The southern towns of Arendal and Lillesand are also not far away. The house is a great starting point for exploring a good part of Southern Norway.
