The heat pump can be used as air condition in summer. The living room is elegantly furnished with large glass surfaces, and a gas fire place for cool days. There are spotlights that lights up the sea beneath the cottage. Access to washing machine on land. Jump in the water directly from the terrace (a ladder for getting back up) or swim in the shallow waters near land, 50 meters away. 3 crab traps, 1 fish net and 4 bicycles are at your disposal. Canoes for 2 and 3 people are shared with the other cottage. The motorboat is a very steady catamaran with room for 8 people. Life jackets are included. Good fishing conditions all year around in closed or open water. A private fish cleaning table is at your disposal.

• The owner of the boats demands when using his boats every guests needs to use a life jacket, and if any of the jackets is not suitable for any reasons, the guests need to carry their own life jackets. The owner provides life jackets up to 100 kg.
