This beautiful house is set in a charming manor estate surrounded by beautiful scenery. The house is surrounded by lush green lawns in a peaceful, park-like setting. Originally built in the 19th century as a staff residence, the house has since been renovated to provide all the comforts and conveniences expected today.
The house features a large, well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge and freezer with an ice maker. The bright dining area offers beautiful views of the lake. There is also a comfortable living room with sofas and a TV, located next to the spacious entrance hall, where a large cast-iron stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. A spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, washing machine and tumble dryer is located in a separate room by the entrance. The house has two spacious bedrooms, both with double beds.
Outside, there is a terrace where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the wonderful views of the lake. A barbecue is also available. The manor is located just approximately 650 metres from the owner's residence.
The lake is excellent for swimming, and we recommend the small bathing spot reached via the woodland path. Fishing in the lake is permitted for guests staying at the manor, with good opportunities to catch perch. Fishing in other lakes requires a fishing licence. There is plenty to discover in the surrounding area, with numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby. The proximity to Lake Vättern and Lake Vänern also offers endless opportunities for varied day trips and experiences.
