Description

This charming villa can be found at the edge of Lake Läen in the community of Lessebo. With lovely views of the lake and with the bathing area below, it is made for bath-hungry guests. There is a large bathing jetty in the summer and playground. You can enjoy the view of the lake from your own garden or over the morning cup of coffee from the small dining area in the kitchen.

You have an excellent starting point from here if you want to explore the area with places like Växjö, Åsnen National Park or the Kingdom of Crystal nearby. In the community of Lessebo about 1500m away there are grocery stores and some restaurants.

The house consists of two floors but it is only the first floor that is rented out. (floor 2 is private) You have two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed in, one and a double bed in the other.

A large living room with dining area leading out onto the terrace, a spacious and fresh bathroom, and a bright and lovely kitchen overlooking the lake. Here 6 people can fit comfortably and if you want to bring another smaller child, there is a crib in the basement that you can borrow.

Explore the beautiful Småland and from this cozy villa just a stone's throw from one of Småland's all lakes!

Bilder des Internetauftritts passen. Lage direkt bei Badestelle am See Läen! Klasse zum täglichen Baden. Auch für kleine Kinder super geeignet. - Mit Spielplatz.Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr praktisch eingerichtet, sogar 2. Kühlschrank für Großeinkauf vorhanden! Verschiedene Sitzplätze im und am Haus, wir liebten die überdachte Terrasse und den großen Garten mit mehreren Apfelbäumen. - WLAN stabil.Ortskern von Lessebo fußläufig erreichbar. Mehrere kleine Wanderungen /Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Einiges Infomaterial für weitere Ausflüge von Besitzern hinterlegt. - Sehr familiäre, herzliche Atmosphäre, fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, trotz großer Verspätung bei Anreise.Wichtig zu wissen: für das 1 Bett wird ein gr. Spannbetttuch (140 cm breit) benötigt. Mülltrennung ist komplexer als in Deutschland - braucht etwas Zeit, um sich zu orientieren. Rascher Kontakt über Agentur mit Besitzern möglich. Empfehlungen: Kostas lohnt sich!Nationalpark Â°Asnen, Store Mosse zwar mit Anfahrt verbunden, aber toll!! Kleine Naturreservate sehr erlebenswert.Auch ein Tag bei Kalmar an der Ostsee geht - haben wir an sehr heißem Tag gemacht.
