Welcome to this charming cottage with a fantastic view of the sea and the mouth of the Brofjord towards Uddevalla

When you step through the door, you are greeted by a hall where you will find a bathroom/shower directly to the left and a kitchen to the right, which is equipped with a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave. Straight ahead from the hall opens a cozy living room with a fireplace that gives an extra feeling of homeliness. To the right of the living room you will find a large bedroom with a double bed 180cm, in this room is the house's toilet with sink.

Outside the living room awaits a large, glazed veranda with a wonderful view of the sea. Here you can enjoy meals at the dining table or just relax in the seating area and let yourself be enchanted by the tranquil view. On the plot there is also a carport with space for 1-2 cars, so you don't have to worry about parking. In the extension of the carport there is an extra bedroom with two separate beds 80cm, perfect for family members who want a little extra privacy, here there is also a toilet with a sink.

The cottage is situated on a sloping plot which gives an extra dimension to its charm.
