Seaside idyll with a magical garden on Tjörn!
Discover your summer paradise at Solvik, a charming century-old croft located only 75 meters from the sea at Almösund's harbour, between two marinas. Solvik offers a short walk of around 10 minutes to the swimming area at Almön. Here you can enjoy a large, lovely veranda with a dining area and lounge furniture as well as a hammock. A terrace with barbecue facilities, as well as a comfortable "cabana" for relaxation and sunbathing. In addition, there is a refreshing outdoor shower and a garden with space for play.
Please note, however, that there is a pond on the property which is 1m deep, so non-swimming children cannot stay in the property for safety reasons!
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with wood stove, living room with TV and wifi via fiber, an office and a small bathroom with shower and wc. There is a bedroom upstairs with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90cm), and a hall with a bed that can become a double bed (2x80cm). A folding bed is available to make up if needed.
You park in the driveway. Pets are welcome and will thrive on the large green area. The grocery store Almö Livs, 100 meters from the house, is well stocked and has its own restaurant and pharmacy. A gym, ST1, and a health center are located next to the store, and it is only 50m from the house to the bus stop with good connections to Gothenburg. Thanks to the noise barrier and planks, it doesn't feel like the house is so close to the road.
Nearby is Sundsby Manor with a cozy café and nice hiking trails, as well as Tjörnbro Arena with a swimming pool and lots of activities. It is close to services and entertainment in Stenungsund, with a large shopping center and to Skärhamn and the well-known Watercolor Museum with Nordic contemporary art. It is roughly 55 km to the big city of Gothenburg and Liseberg Amusement Park.
