You have an open kitchen with a nice dining area where you can prepare your meals.

In the beautiful living room, the ceiling is open up to the eaves, which gives a lovely space and airiness. Here you will find a comfortable sofa and armchairs in front of the TV.

In the main house there is a beautiful bedroom where you sleep in a comfortable double bed.

There is also a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed one floor up. Note that there is a steep staircase to the loft and that the ceiling is low. The sofa in the living room can be made into a sofa bed.

In the garden there is a nice guest house with a double bed.

The bathroom with washing machine is cleverly placed so that it can also be reached via a door from the outside for those sleeping in the guest house.

3 bicycles in existing condition are on site. You are responsible for these and must return them in good condition.

The house is not rented to young people under 25 years of age. Nor for loud parties.

Not allowed to charge electric cars.

If you want larger beaches, Köpingsvik is close. Kappeludden on the eastern side is also recommended.

In the vicinity there is Solliden with its fine Slottscafé and Borgholm's astonishing castle ruins. Both Solliden and the ruins host musical events, which makes the accommodation perfect as you are only a short walk away.
