Description

A wonderfully located holiday home on a headland by the fjord, 10 km from Halsa. From the 36 m² large terrace you can see the fjords, islands and majestic mountains.

Perfect for anyyone looking for peace and quiet, as the house is located on an old farm, where the closest neighbour is 100 metres away. The place is on a relatively flat peninsula with forests. 400 metres to a beach. A country road with little traffic passes by the house. The single beds can be combined into double beds.

Boat for rent 100 metres from the house: 18 ft Øien 530F with 40 hp Yamaha 4-stroke motor, control panel, el.

start, chartplotter/GPS/sonar and 6 rodholders. Excellent fishing conditions with shallow banks between islands and in the fjord, making it safe to fish whatever the weather. Life jackets are included and the garage has running water and lights for gutting the fish, as well as space for storing fishing equipment. There is also an outdoor fish cleaning table. Kristiansund is 30 minutes away by boat.

The salmon- and trout-river of Bævra is 30 km away. Catch trout in a lake 8 km away. Drive to Kristiansund, 58 km + 2 ferries, or the Atlantic Road (87 km + 20 minute ferry), Molde (79 km + 20 minute ferry), or Trondheim (178 km).

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Es ist ideal für Angler geeignet. Der Fjord hat viele Fische und das Angelboot ist gut. Auch die Ausstattung ist mit dem guten Filletierplatz optimal für Angler. Ein kleiner Laden und eine gute Pizzaria sind in der Nähe.Der nette Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfbereit.Als einzigster nicht so guter Punkt ist die Pflege des Hauses. Hier sollte etwas renoviert und die Außenanlage besser gepflegt werden. Empfehlungen: Es gibt einn Lebensmittelladen direkt neben der Halsa Fährstation Dort ist auch ein Bistro mit guter Küche und Abholservice.Als Ausflugsziel sollten sie unbedingt nach Trontheim 1,5 h fahrzeit, fahren.
