The south-facing balcony provides a beautiful space to enjoy the sunshine and surrounding mountain views.The well-equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, raclette machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and electric hob. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed (140x200 cm) in the bedroom, two single beds in the cabin (90x180 cm), and a convertible sofa (140x200 cm) in the living room.

The property is conveniently close to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for both skiing in winter and enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking during the summer months.
