This 2-room apartment, located on the 3rd floor, can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment features a South-East exposure with stunning views of Mont-Blanc and a balcony. The living area includes a 140 cm sofa bed, a single bed, a dining space, and a television. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A separate bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed, and there is a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC. The apartment also includes a ski locker and outdoor parking.

The residence’s central location in Combloux provides easy access to local shops, restaurants, and services. While the ski slopes are a short 3 km drive away, guests can enjoy the village's atmosphere, which combines a peaceful environment with convenient access to amenities.
