The conditions we encountered were completely unacceptable, and the subsequent lack of customer service severely impacted our family, including our seven-month-old baby.Upon arrival, we discovered that the bedsheets and the duvet had hair all over them. We immediately reached out using the email address provided on your contact sheet, stating our booking reference and detailing the issue. Your team replied claiming they could not find our booking. We promptly responded with our exact accommodation details, along with photographic evidence of the soiled bedsheets. Following that email, we received absolutely no further communication or assistance.Because your team ignored our emails and failed to provide clean linen, we were forced to layer towels over the bed and sleep entirely without a duvet. This created a secondary issue: because our towels were tied up on the bed, we had to severely limit our own shower and wash usage throughout the stay.This situation was made significantly harder because we were traveling with our seven-month-old baby, who requires frequent wipe-downs and clean environments. Furthermore, our booking explicitly stated that a travel cot would be provided, but none was in the property. Because no cot was delivered, our baby had to sleep in the bed with us on top of the makeshift towel layers, making the nights incredibly uncomfortable and stressful for all of us. Due to the complete failure to provide basic sanitary accommodation, the lack of a promised cot, and the total abandonment by your customer service team, we are extremely disappointed.
