The features of this corner of Tuscany are the numerous medieval villages located on the hills such as: Cortona, Lucignano and Castiglion Fiorentino, among others. The property has an excellent position to visit most of central Tuscany, the valleys of the Orcia, Chianti, the Crete Senesi and the main art cities like Arezzo, Siena and Florence and all the most beautiful places in the nearby Umbria region.

The accommodation is spread over two levels with various entrances on the ground floor that lead, one into the living room with sofas and fireplace, the other into the dining area and kitchen connected by a large internal arch.
