My family spent 11 wonderful days here, Whenever I reached out to the hotel through chat, I got a quick response and everything was taken care of, The lobby staff were consistently friendly and always welcomed me with a smile, It was super convenient with supermarkets like Trader Joe's, Market, and Tesco Life close by, The subway station was right next door, making it easy to access the city, and there was no noise from central Manhattan, I would love to come back the next time I visit New York, I had a great rest, Thank you!
