I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right by Times Square, The service was outstanding, particularly from Maria, who truly went above and beyond, I felt like she was always looking out for me and ensuring I was well taken care of, I really appreciated her recommendation to check out Ellen's Stardust Cafe and her assistance in upgrading my room when needed, I would definitely return to this hotel because of Maria!
