The living room has a wood stove and a TV with thirty channels, both Swedish and English. The ground floor also contains a tiled bathroom, and a bedroom with one single bed. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms with three beds in one of them. The upper floor rooms have sloping ceilings. Washer and drier in the cellar/basement. A motorboat (Cresent trader) with a control console for wonderful swimming and fishing trips is included. There are several dining places by Hamnplan: Kiosken is situated by the jetties and famous for it’s hamburgers. The pub, Mitt Andra Hem offers live music several nights a week, and a microbrewery. Or you can visit Sjöbodscafeet which offers delicious sandwiches and pastries, and a beautiful view of the water. The owners of the café offer fishing trips,a seal safari, and lobster fishing through their other company, Anders Båt och Brygga. There is a public, sandy beach with a bathing platform 400 metres from the house. The closest town, Ellös, is only 7 kilometres away and offers basic services. Sweden’s second largest city, Gothenburg, is 80 kilometres away. Welcome to this wonderful holiday home with it’s beautiful surroundings!
